Clubs and organizations
Sponsoring organizations will receive the benefits listed below. We are especially interested to hear from organizations that serve underrepresented hobbyists.
Club sponsorship options
Platinum ($150)
Benefits include:
- Full page ad in the print program
- Recognition on website (front page)
- Table in exhibit hall
Gold ($100)
Benefits include:
- 1/2-page ad in the print program
- Recognition on website (front page)
- Table in exhibit hall
Silver ($75)
Benefits include:
- 1/4-page ad in the print program
- Recognition on website (front page)
Bronze ($50)
Available only to clubs with fewer than 35 members.
Benefits include:
- 1/8-page ad in the print program
- Recognition on website
Exhibition table are 6 foot draped tables with 2 chairs.
Vendors
We welcome vendor sponsors to donate cash or door prizes for the event. Sponsoring vendors will receive public recognition in all conference materials and throughout the event.
Financial sponsorship options
Vendors who donate in amounts of $250 or more will receive these benefits:
- 2 free tickets to this year’s conference
- Half-page ad in the print program
- Recognition on website (front page)
- Table in exhibit hall
Sponsorships are due by August 15, 2024, and ad copy must be turned in by September 1, 2024.
