A limited number of Swap Fest tables will be available, so please reserve your tables early.

Vendor Setup

Friday (10/10/25): 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm (Must exit the building at 7:30pm) – Space will be closed to the public until Saturday morning.

Saturday (10/11/25): 6:30 am – 8:00 am – Doors will open to attendees at 8:00 am

Swap Fest Hours / Tear Down

Swap Fest/Vendor area will will be open to attendees from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Tear down can be completed while attendees are in the ARRL Forum from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.

Table Prices

6 foot tables are $10 each. Multiple tables can be combined for larger displays.

A ticket is required for admission in addition to the table fee. Please visit North Star Radio Convention Registration to purchase a admission ticket and select your lunch option.
