Paul KE0QXV passed technician and general class licenses in 2018 at Mid-winter Madness in Buffalo. He has been a tinkerer all his life, spent a career as a process and engineering technician, ending up as technician on the MetroTransit Light Rail Vehicles and enjoys speaking with people, which is handy if you are going to talk to people on the radio.
